Required Scanned Documents

Prepare Scanned Documents to be uploaded during online application submission process

1. Detailed Marks Certificate (F.Sc or equivalent).
2. An equivalence certificate from the Inter-Board Committee of Chairmen(IBCC), Islamabad, if the qualifying certificate is from a foreign educational system.
3. Hafiz-e-Quran certificate if the candidate claims to be Hafiz-e-Quran.
4. Secondary School Certificate (Science /equivalent).
5. Domicile certificate as mentioned in the entry test form.
6. Domicile certificate of father of the applicant. If father is not alive, then copy of the domicile certificate of mother and the death certificate of father.
7. Computerised National Identity Card / Computerised Form-B of the candidate
8. Computerized National Identity Card of father of the applicant. If father is not alive, then a copy of the National Identity Card of the mother and guardian.
9. Attempt certification from concerned BISE, if the period between SSC and F.Sc is more than two sessions.
10. Certificate from DEO Education Schools and Colleges indicating the location of school/college inside the concerned backward area of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa or MAD(Erstwhile FATA) as per specimen given on KMU Admissions website(kmuadmissions.pk).
11. Certificate of Non-Existence of Educational Institutes as per specimen given on KMU Admissions Website (kmuadmissions.pk) where applicable.
12. Disability certificate from a concerned specialist in Government Service as per specimen available on kmuadmissions.pk.(original to be produced at the time of examinations by the Medical Disability Committee)
13. Valid OPF Membership card and Foreign Exchange Remittance Card of the candidate's Father/Mother
