Candidates should submit their applications along with educational credentials, domicile experience certificate, attested copy of National Identity Card, two recent passport size copies.

2- Persons working in government institutions should send applications through their department.

3-Aspirant should write his mobile number in the application, incomplete and applications received after the due date will not be considered. 4. Applications must be accompanied by a postal order of Rs.300 payable to Commanding Officer 63 Medical Battalion.

5- Aspirants whose age is 18 to 30 years till fifteen days after advertisement can apply.

6- 10 years for disabled persons.

7- Five years for the candidate recruited under the Prime Minister's Assistance Package.

8. Fifteen years for retired army men (Maximum age 45 years till last date).

9 - In-service employees Contractual employees whose contract is for two years and the upper age limit for them is 10 years (maximum age 40year) is exempted.

10 - Applicant must produce original credentials at the time of test and interview.

No TADA will be given to candidates appearing for test and interview.
